The hotel is located 30-40 minutes’ drive from Vancouver International Airport. Please note that we have secured a limited room block for our event. Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Once the block is filled, we will not secure additional rooms at the same hotel. We will provide recommendations for alternative accommodations once our block is full, but we will not secure a second room block at a different hotel. We advise booking early to secure your spot.
